Another way to help our cause and help yourself too, would be to join HUB.

HUB is a for-profit company that uses personal development training and education as an economic engine to generate on-going humanitarian impact.

Their mission is to transition the world from a state of basic survival to one of self-empowerment that creates sustained abundance.

A large portion of the revenue generated from every product they sell goes to support individuals and organizations that are addressing the most critical issues facing humanity today, such as poverty, starvation, lack of education, poor environmental conditions and more.

They UNITE humanitarians and their partners to create a "Total Package" of food, water, education, and micro-loans to provide the recipient the best chance at not only breaking the chains of poverty, but creating abundance and the possibility to give something back.

I am proud to be a part of it as a "FOUNDING ANGEL" and feel it is a fitting and worthy vehicle through which we can all benefit, including those who receive Wheelchairs. One of our supporters has had the brilliant idea of organizing a Celebrity event and has the right connections. It’s early days but the event will probably be in 18 months. What we need is ANY Celebrity so if you know any or can assist in any way, do contact me. It's exciting to see this developing and maybe you could do an event of your own.

Today while collecting in London I met a couple who offered a Wheelchair they had bought for their elderly mother who has since died. The chair is in pristine condition and will be shipped to a disabled person in Africa or India. If you know such a person or any responsible person such as a Social Worker or Missionary who could find a suitable recipient please let me know.

An application for Charity Registration will soon be in the hands of the Charity Commissioners in the UK as this is needed now as we begin to approach Businesses and Foundations for funds. This should take several months and by the summer it is anticipated that we shall be fully registered with an official charity number. Julia and Sharona will be joining me as Trustees.
