We want to reach and help as many people as possible who suffer from mobility issues due to not having access to a wheelchair. It's our promise and commitment to help as many of these people as possible.

In order to apply for a wheelchair, a representative of the applicant (potential wheelchair user) needs to complete an application form and post to WHEELCHAIRS FOR THE WORLD in the UK.

The representative must be a Social Worker, Health Professional, Missionary or Priest or a responsible person in the community.

On the application form we also need contact details of the applicant's Doctor and photographs of the applicant. This is essential for the applicant to be considered. They must also agree for photos to be used for publicity.
